I’d love to raise particular awareness of two charities:

Suicide&Co

Suicide&Co is a charity who supports those bereaved by suicide. A community of 34,146 individuals are directly bereaved by sucide every year in the UK and suicide grief can be isolating and hard to navigate alone. Suicide&Co are opening up the conversation about suicide related grief so no individual has to face their grief journey alone.

As part of their mission to open the conversation they offer free counselling sessions - if you want to support an individual bereaved by suicide you can donate here. They sell some fun merch too which also raises money!

To find out more about Suicide&Co head over to their website or follow them on Instagram @suicideandco

Maytree foundation

Maytree's aim is to save lives and relieve suffering by providing a one-off four night stay to people in a suicidal crisis. We offer guests a supportive, non-medical environment where they can rest, reflect, and be befriended confidentially and without judgement.
